Lesson 4.1 — Final Inspection & Handover

PC 4.1: conduct the final inspection and confirm the vehicle is ready for use. Walk the vehicle with the checklist, not from memory: all HV covers and shields refitted with every fastener; no tools, rags or fasteners left in the bay or engine compartment; READY achieved with a clean cluster; function test signed; customer presets (clock, radio, seat memory) restored — small things, but they are what the customer actually notices. The handover note states what was done, what was found and what is recommended. You are signing your name against 400 volts of someone else's daily transport: sign like it matters.
