This unit of competency describes the skills and knowledge required to plan and implement improvements to property infrastructure, which may include buildings, yards, fences, water supply systems, roads and tracks, and storage systems. This unit applies to individuals who take responsibility for their own work. They undertake a range of routine and non-routine activities and work in known and changing contexts. All work must be carried out to comply with workplace procedures, work health and safety legislation and codes, and sustainability practices. No licensing, legislative or certification requirements apply to this unit at the time of publication.
