This unit of competency describes the skills and knowledge required to organise resources, set out and prepare an irrigation installation site and install, commission and complete pressurised irrigation system installation. The unit applies to individuals who install pressurised irrigation systems under broad direction and take responsibility for their own work. No licensing, legislative or certification requirements apply to this unit at the time of publication.
