This unit describes the performance outcomes required to use workplace information technology (IT) systems in a manner that complies with workplace procedures and guidelines. It involves operating hardware and software to access, retrieve, edit and update information, and solving a limited range of routine and predictable problems in relation to the IT system. No licensing, legislative, regulatory or certification requirements apply to this unit at the time of publication.
