This unit describes the performance outcomes required to perform non-destructive testing on vehicle components and materials. It involves preparing for non-destructive testing, testing components and materials in order to determine component suitability and serviceability, and completing workplace processes. It applies to those working in the motor sport industry. No licensing, legislative, regulatory or certification requirements apply to this unit at the time of publication.
