This unit involves the skills and knowledge required to develop and implement energy sector maintenance programs. It includes preparing, developing and implementing maintenance programs. It also includes evaluating risks associated with equipment failure; developing maintenance frequency; adhering to repair/replacement policies; and developing, recording and reporting system. No licensing, legislative or certification requirements apply to this unit at the time of publication.
