Lesson 1.2 — First Aid for Electric Shock
If a workmate is being shocked: do not touch them. Kill the supply first — main switch, breaker, or pull the plug. If you cannot isolate, push them clear with dry wood or plastic, never your hands. Then check response and breathing, call 119, and start CPR if trained. Burns from electrical contact are deeper than they look; cool with clean water and get medical help even for 'small' contact burns.
Golden rule: rescuer safety first. A second victim helps no one.
